Order Fulfillment Time

All shirts are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner.

  • Standard fulfillment time: 2 - 5 business days
  • Fulfillment includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped according to your selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping & Delivery Time (United States)

  • Estimated shipping time: 3 - 4 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 5 - 9 business days
    (2 - 5 business days for fulfillment + 3 - 4 business days for shipping)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

Current standard shipping rates:

  • First item: $4.75
  • Each additional item: $2.20

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear or update.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, HashTagRealShirts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or regional disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods

Shipping delays do NOT qualify for refunds, returns, or order cancellations.

Incorrect Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. HashTagRealShirts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HashTagRealShirts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Any claims for packages marked as delivered must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
