Refund policy
At HashTagRealShirts, all items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each product is custom printed specifically for you, we do not keep inventory and cannot offer traditional returns.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, size charts, and order details prior to completing checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will only offer replacements or refunds if:
- Your item arrives damaged, or
- There is a clear printing or production error
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery at hashtagrealshirts@gmail.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
- A brief written description of the problem
All claims are subject to review and approval. If approved, we will coordinate with our production partner to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Misuse, improper care, or intentional damage
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request a change to your order (such as a size update), please contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes can only be made before production begins and are not guaranteed.
Order changes or cancellations may only be requested immediately after purchase and before production begins. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be possible.
To request a change, contact hashtagrealshirts@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the requested change
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. HashTagRealShirts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses and cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for such orders.

- Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor, screen, or device display differences
